Salaries are paid on time. Good colleagues and supportive teammates. Employees have the chance to work on different projects and gain valuable experience. Team members often help each other and do their best to achieve results despite the challenges.

No clear salary structure or promotion process. Salaries and annual raises are below market levels compared to many competitors. The biggest issue is the behavior and communication style of the company's top leadership, which can create unnecessary stress and negatively affect employee morale. There is very little sense of job security. Employees can leave or be let go unexpectedly, creating uncertainty across teams. High turnover has become a normal part of the company culture. Frequent changes in employees and management positions make it difficult to build stable teams and maintain continuity. Priorities can change frequently, making planning and execution more difficult.
