They offer large salaries and flashy benefits to lure you in. The company promises growth and seniority.
Cons
The entire company is a fraud. The leadership are the grossest display of power I’ve experienced in my professional career. They treat people sub human. If you don’t give every moment of your existence to them you’re quickly phased out. The brunt of the team uses their insights to inside trade via their VPNs. During my time I saw nearly the entire listings team profit. All international promotions are scams and prizes are rarely paid out. I’ve heard C-level leadership make sexist and wildly politically incorrect commentary. I wouldn’t recommend this space to my worst enemy.
