-Good salary, good work life balance,modern, open and spacious workplace, some colleagues are passionate and talented - Ambitious vision that may excite some staffs to believe they are changing the world
Cons
-Although claiming to have start-up like culture with equality and opportunity across staff levels, the real company culture operates with traditional, seniority driven, and top down culture where the management team members are just confusingly executing on behalf of the company owner's wishes. - Lack of focus and competency to develop talents with greater capabilities and retain them - Top leadership teams are uninspiring, lack clear direction, unable to unify and connect with the rest of staffs in and from other levels/countries
