A few genuinely dedicated and talented people work incredibly hard to keep things moving.
Cons
Organizational structure is extremely fragmented, and roles/responsibilities shift constantly, creating confusion. Major initiatives often move forward without clear planning, resourcing, or ownership, which leads to avoidable rework and fire drills. Communication between departments is inconsistent, leaving teams to operate in survival mode instead of strategy mode. Systems, workflows, and leadership alignment haven’t kept pace with the company’s growth.
