Pros
I loved this place while I worked here, genuinely. I thought the management was great, I felt very supported and their training is long but it’s efficient, as they start you off with a buildable caseload. The pay is also very fair, in my eyes.
Cons
I got let go of day of without warning at all, for something that was not based off performance or was in the employee handbook (my direct boss confirmed this to me privately right before I was terminated). I was terminated on a 3 minute call and was sent on my way. I blamed myself and still respected the company, so I referred one of my friends to work here, as I had a positive experience with them while working. She was slated to start working with them and then was called less than a week before her start date, after paying for her licenses, and was told briefly that “due to management changes, she would not be needed” and they essentially terminated her prior to even starting. I have lost all respect for this company, and the “work life balance” they talk about so frequently must be because they terminate you out of nowhere, so you have all the time in the world for your life lol. They speak about company culture and valuing you as a clinician, but there’s a reason their turnover rate is so high. Please look elsewhere, your job is not safe. I know of 2 other members within this company that were with them for over a year and were also let go one minute to the next with no warning.
