1. Communication is completely out. R&D loves to send emails directly to the Warehouse team to deliver goods without CC’ing Procurement. And in the end, Procurement gets blamed for everything. 2. Here, HR is the GM and the IT guys is CEO. This is a husband-and-wife company. The CEO has anger issues. When he loses his temper, he doesn’t call you into the room — he will scream at your desk, in front of everyone. 3. Everything is done last-minute. Even for major events planned 6 months in advance, the design is still not finalized one month before. Procurement always gets blamed when items arrive late. People think working in Procurement is like ordering food at a mamak stall — order now, get it in 5 minutes. 4. Payment is extremely delayed. Even for urgent items, you’ll often need to pay out of your own pocket first. The GM never processes payments immediately. Suppliers will constantly chase you for payment, even when you’ve already sent all the follow-up emails. 5. QA verifies the items you purchase but doesn’t inform you of any issues. You’ll only find out there’s a problem when it’s time to install. 6. You’re expected to work extra hours without OT. During big events, you’ll need to stay 10–20 minutes extra daily just to finish your work. GM dislikes it when you leave on time.

Null as everybody want to leave.

This is totally Artwrong company where everything being done incorrectly. Starting from the management until the low level have different problem. For management is quite unbelievable that this "BIG" company dont even want to pay your EPF, SOCSO even after slowtalk the management agreed to cut down the basic salary so that they can topup the EPF. This is very ridiculuos. With the benefit is very limited as MC only claimable until RM40 which currently even when u seeing a doctor for consultation will cost you RM50. Then when talking about job scope, it is not very detailed as u need to do everything especially me doing and improving my driving skills everyday and not to forget using own money for company everyday but when want to claim would take about 2 3 weeks to be paid back.
