      They have a big name in Accounting BPO services from the time I have joined Arthur I have received many opportunities relating to this industry and I think its because of Arthur's name. Additionally, they have a good working environment.

      Cons

      The pay range is quite low, compared to other BPO's of this scale. If they just increase their pay range it would be a great company.

      Pros

      Good contracting company for tech workers. They have good relationships with top companies and make it easy to extend contract lengths.

      Cons

      Terrible communication. It’s very hard to get a hold of anyone and they often have new people text your phone asking for info they need. Not the best communication channels.
