Just a small word of caution:
I was set to start at ADL post graduation, but my offer was rescinded out of the blue after 5 months. I was set to start in the Fall, but just 3 months out, I got the notice of the resignation with the reason being "political instability". As a student on a visa, this was very crushing and significantly derailed my plans, and I had to end up breaking a lease, which was pretty costly. While they did end up paying the sign-on bonus, it was still something a new graduate should not have to go through.
