Pros
Good spirit of camaraderie and cooperation amongst peers.
Cons
Management is spread far too thin, and with little to no knowledge of many of the departments they oversee. Recommendations and suggestions for improvement are dismissed and overlooked. Communication between departments is abysmal, and contributes to processes being outdated and clumsy, and much work having to be re-done. Expectations for the output of most non-management employees is unrealistic and completely demoralizing to the staff.
