Global Company with great opportunities - You need to make it happen at annual reviews to ensure you get regular coaching and personal development. Be curious and remain hungry to progress and you should do well.
Cons
Company politics can get in the way of performing duties effectively and like any public listed company remember you can get fired anytime as the industry (tech sector) tends to be volatile. So make the most of it whist business is good. On a downward cycle don't be surprised if leadership cut costs which means jobs !
