Pros
Its a large company so lots of opportunities and different things you can be doing, but hard to move around
Cons
Layoffs every year. Consistently going through the process of hiring, over hiring, and then layoffs. Office culture is a dry and slow moving. The office is nice but back culture, people don't talk much, know each other, and people feel stuck to in their career. With tight budgets, teams don't much socializing and events for team building. Hard to change rolls and mid-management has no skills in leadership.
