I was there for just 1 month after leaving a permanent customer service job with the expectation of having a better career prospect. However, their training process was really poor. They assigned buddy training and the trainer acted like I know everything whereas my work experience and the task was not the same. The job Ad didn't even reflected the real tasks and they hire randomly with 3 months provision. If someone is not doing well, in the sixth-eighth week, they decide to get rid of the candidate. In my selection process 3 candidates were hired and on the six week they fired one and I was given 5 trainer in 4 weeks time and everything seemed to like everything is trying to teach me the same thing in different was which made my life complicated and I resigned by realising that the body language of the team was indicating that I will be the next to get fired.
