      Pros

      You will only hear management speaking positively of others and thoughtful in giving guidance and advice. Local management freely gives praise to employees and is always ready to get their hands dirty in day to day tasks. Local management works to create a cohesive and positive work environment. You know management has employees best interest in mind. Smart coworkers with many years of experience.

      Cons

      Antiquated systems, not enough money spent on infrastructure, no tuition reimbursement which gives the impression education is not valued.

      Pros

      Unlimited time off, good work life balance, good benefits, as long as you do your work efficiently and sincerely job position is secured

      Cons

      Salary should be negotiated well initially. The hike depends on performance and will be very less. There is no stock option for this level. Only base salary and bonus depending on performance of the company

      Very good benefits and nice co workers.

      Cons

      A lot of mandatory overtime, hard to balance work and personal life. Some management can play favoritism.
