      Intelligent people, good management. Decent pay. Promotion is possible

      Company likes to buy other companies, than let a bunch of people go......they do it over and over Some cronyism in the way people get promoted, your boss has to really like you, and sometimes the best do not get the promotions.

      Unlimited time off, good work life balance, good benefits, as long as you do your work efficiently and sincerely job position is secured

      Cons

      Salary should be negotiated well initially. The hike depends on performance and will be very less. There is no stock option for this level. Only base salary and bonus depending on performance of the company
