You find a close connection with co-workers as you roll with the punches together having no idea what direction the company will go next.
Cons
Company cares more about money than servicing customers or taking care of their employees. They have employees working long hours with no real support even if you ask for help it usually ends with “have to deal with it”. The leadership they have in place are entitled and provide special treatment to others that drink the kool-aid
