Pros

Free lunch Monday and Friday, that’s about it.

Cons

Honestly, in a nut shell, Arrive isn’t the best company they make out to be. This place is ran by people who are fresh out of the college world and have no where else to spread their wings for a career. The training system sucks especially if you’re not on the carrier sales team, you’ll be jammed with a lot of carrier sales information that you more than likely will not need when you hit the actual sales floor (AE’s I’m speaking directly to you and BD’s). This company is driven by how many college students they can recruit, they hire literally everyone and anyone who can pick up a phone and dial numbers and sit down all day behind a computer screen. Management could care less if you stay or leave. Many people stay for about 5 months maximum and then quit to go onto better roles elsewhere, The logistics industry moves very quickly, if you can’t keep up with the pace this job isn’t for you at all. This industry isn’t for everyone. My advice to anyone reading this review: if this is your only option go for it, but don’t expect this to be a place where you’ll stay more than 1 year before quitting. Many people usually plan their escape to leave right when they start a role here. Be prepared to be burnt out and chewed upon if your metrics are low after training.
