This company is a revolving door, average length of employment is 6 months to a year. The wages at this company are typical for a third party logistics organization. If you go sales, expect to be used to generate a few new leads before they hand them off to someone else and let you go. The company has recently gone through mass layoffs of 300+ people. After the layoffs they implimented company wide paycuts. They also started reorganizing as I was leaving. Their main focus is piling on the workload and paying as little as possible, leveraging the current COVID crises to get away with it. The management team is incredibly young and inexperienced. Nepetism and popularity run rampant. Expect to be a replaceable number while working for this company.
