When we made the difficult decision to reduce our workforce in April, our goal was to minimize the number of impacted employees while continuing to serve our customers and carriers. In the months since this initial workforce reduction, our company has taken a hard look at internal processes and team structures and evaluated how Arrive needs to improve to continue to grow and be the best brokerage in the industry. We are hiring for open positions, but the types of skills and experience we need have shifted in some ways from before COVID-19.
We hope you were able to leverage the resources we offered impacted employees: severance packages, medical plan stipends, outplacement assistance within the logistics industry and eliminated non-competes.
