Pros

You are really made to feel like one of the team as soon as you start working here. From Senior management all the way through and no matter which business within Arriba Group you come across in your day-to-day, you are made to feel welcomed, and you get a great sense that you are being heard and one of the big ones for me - respected The business has a clear vision for where they want to go, but also a defined structure that allows you to understand your role within the business, and the importance of why we do things the way we do. From the top down, our values are implemented daily, and there is collaboration with all employees to agree on our core values and mission.

Cons

In any business, there are going to be bumps in the road, and given our industry, they are often driven by government and therefore public. While the group has been impacted by changes externally, the impact internally is always handled with respect, confidentiality and in a manner that reduces the negative impact to the workforce

Pros

There was no pros to this job.

Cons

Extremely toxic workplace culture driven by an ELT that had no clear direction and consistently failed to support or implement meaningful change. Bullying behaviour was not only ignored but openly enabled by senior leadership, creating a hostile environment for staff. In the span of one year, the TA team went through four different managers due to constant misalignment and lack of leadership stability. Every new manager came in with the same recommendations and improvement strategies, yet senior leadership repeatedly refused to listen, act, or take accountability. It became obvious the issue was never the managers, it was the leadership team itself. The environment was highly unethical. I was pressured to overpromise to candidates and misrepresent opportunities just to get people through the door, knowing the reality would not match what was sold to them. Poor communication, and lack of integrity made it impossible to trust leadership or feel proud of the work being done. High turnover, poor morale, and a culture of fear and blame made this one of the worst workplace experiences I’ve had.

Most people are nice but high turnover of staffs

Cons

The workload has become unsustainable, and the role offers limited opportunities for progression.
