Pros
The company is broken into several divisions so I can't speak to all of them, but the one I work in has a fantastic culture with an understanding that work is work, but home is what's important. They still allow fully remote work. The expectations are clearly stated and are attainable, and management is always ready to jump in and lend a hand when things get hairy. They're also always looking to promote from within and to help people grow.
Cons
We've grown very fast, so sometimes we're understaffed and we're in a perpetual state of training bringing on new people (very low turnover, though). Management seems to understand it and do their best to help.
