Thank you for providing feedback on your experience at Array. Having a nice place to work - reflected both in our spaces and our people - is incredibly important for a healthy work environment and something we work hard to achieve. I'm glad you felt that in our culture and office(s). As we grow and evolve as a company in this changing marketplace, it is our goal to always offer fair compensation to each employee as we compete for the very best talent. (That goes for our design professionals and the departments that support the firm's design work.) Employee salaries are determined by aligning the ranges provided by nationally published resources and the value one creates for the firm. I truly hope your next venture has everything you're looking for. If you ever have an opportunity to provide additional insight as you compare your new position, please contact me. We are always striving to be better.

I appreciate that you've taken the time to provide this feedback. As you know, Array is defined by a culture of continuous improvement, and it is in this spirit that we seek to listen and humbly acknowledge when improvement can be made. I'm pleased that you enjoyed your time at Array, found our policies to provide ample work/life balance, and had positive relationships with senior leadership. I also appreciate your comment about pushing design. We have heard this loud and clear; as designers for healthcare - we should ALWAYS be pushing design. Design's impact on patients and healthcare outcomes is real. For several years, we have been emphasizing this focus, and (specifically in New York) the recent addition of several incredibly gifted team-members will further that initiative even more.
