-some issues with building layout -can feel crowded when every clinician is treating

Fantastic COO that truly engages with staff and cares about people. Improved processes to streamline communication at all levels of the organization. Great culture where it is a large enough employer for growth but small enough where you know the faces of executives.

Affiliation with Cayuga Health is significantly changing the culture. Many parts of Arnot Health that I love are being changed to fit Cayuga's way of doing things without considering or discussion on the impact to Arnot or our employees.
