Pros

The pay wasn’t too bad. They started me at 14.50 an hour. The job itself was okay until they cross trained me for multiple others.

Cons

When I reported sexual harassment by another employee, with screenshots of the harassment, the managers called me in to a meeting to gaslight me instead of disciplining the other employee. They also refused to work with me around a disability I had, and would not lower my hours below 20 a week as requested, and I had to quit because of it.

Pros

The folks I worked with at Armstrong were authentic and others centered almost without exception. They all worked hard and rooted for each other. I consider it an honor to be an alumnus of this organization.

Cons

I can't think of any negative that is applicable to the organization as a whole. Very solid company.
