Challenging Start but Room for Improvement with Fresh Ideas I started working at Armani Exchange in Gurney Plaza in September, and while I enjoy the brand and the retail environment, my experience has been challenging so far. One issue is the treatment of contract workers like myself. Despite working alongside full-time staff, I haven’t received a uniform, and the work culture can be quite negative. Some senior employees, who have been here for over 8 to 10 years, tend to blame new staff and complain rather than help us adjust.
