Senior management very open minded; good communication; solid business future; care about its employees; a very energetic company; many talented and committed employees.
Cons
Some of teams may be short of engineer resources and may appear a bit over-loaded, but in general, there is a good balance between life and work. Other than that, the canteen food is awful and not free.
