      Cons

      Smaller firm means less available benefits in some cases. From a corporate perspective, heavy process management and a low threshold for mistakes paralyzes otherwise good operators from making confident decisions.

      Pros

      None experienced during my short employment.

      Cons

      Hired and employed for just one day due to highly micromanaged environment. Offshore team members were unprofessional and at times rude. No clear communication between offshore and U.S. team, especially during critical onboarding steps. No payment provided for the single day of onboarding work.
