      Pros

      Smart, service-oriented, problem-solving colleagues make it a nice place to work overall. Benefits are top notch - great health care & huge tuition discounts for you & your dependents. Lots of time off after you've been there for awhile.

      Cons

      Pay is too low. Way too few opportunities to advance; it's like there's a cap and it can take (literally) years to move up in your team / unit.

      Highly interactive job where you meet lots of different students and form connections

      Cons

      I don't like the administration changes that they have implemented in 2026. It more dictatorial now and tutor who are the face of their organization are not given much voice.
