      Resources Tuition reimbursement for family / children apparent prestige? Flexible schedule. Some semesters, I could come in just one day a week! Ability to pick schedule (for the most part)

      Cons

      Teaching faculty are paid incredibly low. There are no easy ways to get promoted if you're "just" a teaching faculty. Tenure track / tenured faculty make sure the non-tenure track know they are the best. Little appreciation for teaching faculty. Insanely large classes of 60 to 100+++ students with no support

      Straightforward. Flexible schedule. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      Limited hours. No benefits. Management is not the best. Counselors are sometimes rude when assistance is needed.
