      Cronyism, upper managements distance from units and interference in details they have no working knowledge of, without consulting direct management.

      Highly interactive job where you meet lots of different students and form connections

      Cons

      I don't like the administration changes that they have implemented in 2026. It more dictatorial now and tutor who are the face of their organization are not given much voice.
