      fellow guides were cool, easy to get hired without much experience

      Cons

      they tell you that theres lots of work during the busy season but there is hardly any work at all. pay is low. expect your schedule to always be open but then give you no work

      staff and team is what makes it fun office is outdoors fun job overall

      Cons

      culture getting too much of a corporate feel low pay compared to competitors isn't as sexy as it all sounds
