      Pros

      Pay is usually better than the other companies in the industry.

      Cons

      Culture has been declining for a while. Even though they want you to believe that they value honesty and integrity, the company doesn't exhibit any of that towards the employees. In the past three years, it has started getting top heavy, they keep getting rid of the engineers and bringing on new VP and SVPs.

      Pros

      Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

      Cons

      Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
