      Decent pay and benefits. Big company with a small company atmosphere. Many employees try to make a difference.

      Cons

      Processes and procedures are not documented. If it is, it is not being followed. Archaic/obsolete PLM system. Old world relationships of hardware/electrical engineers with suppliers and coworkers hinder honest business practices. Australian headquarters reluctant to share power with the USA location.

      Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

      Cons

      Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
