Pros
Pizza Friday, also is likely the most common pro that you'll see here. A large number of the staff members are great to work with and knowledgeable in tech so you can learn a lot of used and upcoming technology and share a common enthusiasm. Genuinely some very cared-for custom PC's are built that look great and to some would be a dream system. Some of the longest-running members and management are incredibly knowledgeable and have solid ideas on how to help the business improve should it last long enough.
Cons
The highest level of management is terribly flawed and effectively feels like an iron fist that rules over everything and often feels against reasonable logic for much of the time. Practically zero trust is given to any member of staff to do any assigned task without expecting scrutiny. There is very little room to grow in the company and it's unlikely you'll find yourself going any further than your starting role. For a company that housed into the 100's of employees, it almost struggles to keep in the double digits due to how fast the turnover rate has become, it is incredibly rare for anyone to be kept in the company for more than 24 months. It is brutal on the severe lack of training resources outside of hand-me-down information as the days go by.
