Very unorganized, no planned training of any kind. Each manager clearly had no interest in training their new employees so they kept handing it over to someone else who was also too busy. Was left for hours with nothing to do and no communication. Flexibility and benefits that were promised during the interview were greatly embellished and I felt very lead on when I found out some things were not true. They also clearly do not value their clients as one of the managers nonchalantly told us that a client she was dealing with was upset because their email went without response for an entire week.
