Made to feel like poor relation - Anonymous employee Argos Employee Review

All new management bought in via Sainsbury's (since taking over Argos) have no idea of the Argos way of how things work. And they have no respect for the workers who are previous employees of Argos prior to the take over. Example of disregard all staff worked hard over Christmas period, managers had a Christmas party whilst delivery drivers out working, nothing for staff as a Christmas bonus other than a voucher for getting 4x nectar points if you spent money in Sainsbury's what an insult.
