Good and constant interaction with a variety of customers, you also get to see how it all works behind the scenes.
Cons
You have a headset which controls you from the start of your shift to the end, every 'pick' is monitored and a whole range of analysis is available to the manager. So if you take too long on a pick, he/she will know and chances are your in trouble.
