      Amazing company to work for. HR really care for you and will always offer support. I have the best manager I have ever had who listens, really approachable and caring, I have learnt so much. Everyone works together.

      Great business model, with multiple revenue streams. Lots of room for expansion and growth. Good people to work with. Fun business to be in. Taps into the popularity of NASCAR racing, but targets the huge family-oriented market.

      Cons

      It is going to take a major investment in advertising & promotion to create the awareness needed for this business to take off.
