Working for a small company brings its own set of unique challenges, workloads can become stretched at pressure points throughout the year and sometimes extra hours have to be worked in order to meet tight deadlines, especially through our work with private sector clients. Naturally, there can be resource constraints compared to a larger organization, although we try to be as efficient and adaptable as possible to maximise what is available.

Since working at Arctech Innovation, I can honestly say it's one of the most supportive and interesting companies I have worked for. The management team are always looking to help you expand your knowledge base and support your grow within your role and beyond. The workload is varied and extremely interesting and the team as a whole really work together to drive Arctech's visions and goals within the industry.

In my role, I feel I would benefit more from the organisation introducing more automated systems for HR and finance as this would reduce manual tasks and improve my own efficiency.
