Steve Jennings is a strong leader, has great vision, and is mission focused. Thanks to the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) the DEI efforts are remarkable, and could serve as a masterclass in repectful workplace.
Cons
Unfortunately, most of the direct reports to Mr Jennings are not leaders, have no vision, and are in charge of silo'd organizations that seem to chase success at the expense of the others . The mantra is not supported across departments, There is much to be exposed to if you are a self-motivated, focused person. This is a stepping stone, not a destination.
