Worst place ever - Maintenance Supervisor Arconic Employee Review

Stepping one foot in that place. They dont let you lead your team but your the first to know that your not doing it right even if it was managment decisions. Know one knows whats going on or what the right thing to do is and then its evryone fault but upper management. Management just thinks that the craft personnel are useless and are always trying to find a way to get back at craft personnel for not doing what they are told. The schedules are the worst 12 hour days had to switch between night and days 2 to 3 times a week
