      Pros

      Better than no job. If you get hired, keep applying at other companies and jump ship as soon as you can. Don't try to make a career out of the place.

      Cons

      Very poorly managed. High level of confusion. Safety until it hurts. Just froze pensions. Experienced persons are retiring at an alarming rate leaving mainly short-time experienced persons running and repairing the equipment.
