401k match... and that's about it. They will paint a pretty picture for you to get you in the door.
Cons
Insurance for salary employees is what you would get at a fast food restaurant. Pay is decent but you will work long stressful hours for it. Schedules constantly change to cover for the high turn over of front line supervisors because they get paid less then the skilled trades and are treated poorly. Work life balance is something you better not get caught saying out load. Management will take credit for the good ideas and toss you under the bus for the not so great ones in an effort to further their agenda. The good employees find different jobs and the bad ones hang out till they get fired, and the really bad ones and back stabbers become the leadership/ managers.
