People are great, competitive pay and benefits, advancement opportunities, self directed work, challenging work, semi flexible schedule, heavily involved with the community and volunteering/donating.
Cons
The amount of effort needed to make process changes, daily meetings feel like micro managing, big company feel, number of call ins if in maintenance role, number of responsibilities and expectations continually increase, performance review system is broken
