      Pros

      Great campus staff Pretty good work hours Decent benefit packages

      Cons

      Upper minute doesn't truly listen to employees. There's a lot of micromanaging. The systems and methods they use are outdated or not set up properly. Not enough training and employee development. Not much opportunity for growth unless you're at the South Carolina campuses.

      Great management, the leadership really cares about the students and creating the best welders in the USA. Family friendly company. Great group of coworkers.
