      Pros

      Architectural experience, using many softwares in the job. Some good employees which were a pleasure to work with but sadly does not make up for the cons.

      Cons

      Lots of work for low and unreasonable pay (below market value, lowball offers) Lack of reimbursements. Majority of the principals are unprofessional. Shady hiring tactics, see advice to management.

      Good work life balance, respectful environment, some cool projects to work on.
