Despite dedication and hard work, the company did not provide any increments or acknowledgment for putting the efforts. This disparity in treatment left me feeling undervalued and disheartened. A concerning pattern of favoritism was evident within the organization, with career growth seemingly biased towards individuals of specific backgrounds, particularly Europeans and arabs. This created a sense of unfairness and discrimination among third-world employees who were equally qualified and deserving of growth opportunities.
