Friendly employees (mostly the young ones)

Management lies to its employees about work/ salary. There is no work for the design part. One month after ,hiring many people, they announced merging with Archirodon (no design, only Tendering) so no opportunity to learn new things and grow.

- Several people with vast experience where most of them share their knowledge. - Very interesting projects for various engineering disciplines - Decent salary (for experienced people only or for people with medium experience) - Smooth working conditions ( e.g flexibility on exact working hours, annual leaves) - The company belongs to Archiridon , a widely known contractor, so the infrastructure and software used are the same (of high quality) - New ( and accurate/timely) personnel additions at crucial posts (C.F.O, business development etc.) indicate the wish of management to step forward

-No remote or hybrid working. - The office is located outside Athens (far away) and probably one will need to pass through toll stations. - Poor/moderate salary for inexperienced people. (900-1000€, + 150€ ticket restaurant + group health insurance program). It is difficult to increase your salary.
