PATHETIC, UNPROFESSIONAL....NEVER JOIN. - Senior Manager Archies Employee Review

Well, first of all needless to say that Archies is not the same what it was decades ago, there store are diminishing and shutting down day by day, there online portal is also utterly Flop. If you join Archies on first day you will feel you have joined some Sarkari Company, except few people there are bunch of idots or I would say retired people working on Senior Management since 15years or may be more than that on same level who are living there in there own ancient world and they don't want to change anything be it good or bad for company. Those Senior authorities are not at all helpful in any matter, neither listen to anyone nor ask for any opinion they think they are the smartest people in whole world. Yes !! if one believe in 'chamchagiri', spooning and licking balls of top level management people then surely this place is for them. If you are a tough guy with full energy and self starter attitude go and join some Startups or any MNC or Company where you can not only put your credentials but you get some pocket full experience in return. Moreover they hire people only for 5 Months after that they expel them either by hook or crook. Archies is still standing on grounds bcz of poor labour class people who's salary are between 7k to 15k, and some mid level people, but this will not take them too long, soon they will start crawling and fall down. So, don’t board already sinking ship try in some other big mnc or company where you not only put your time and skills into but also get some pocket full experience, knowledge and learning in return.
