Pros
Solid compensation at entry level, good benefits including medical & dental, 401k match, and bonus structure. Also tuition reimbursement with 2 years commitment after completion. High value responsibilities at early stages depending on manager. Opportunities available as older generations start to retire at a quicker pace.
Cons
Legacy systems have trouble integrating. Old ideals - trouble with implementing new ways of thinking. Vacation progression very slow (2 weeks starting, 3 wks after 5 years).
