Pros
The people there are some of the most exciting colleagues I’ve had the chance to work with in my career.
Cons
The pay is laughable for the Vancouver region, borderline insulting. The company does not seem serious about employee retention and lives off the passion of its employees. Also for a company that tells its employees to live it, I wouldn’t call our vacation impressive.
